Odilon started in the 3-0 win over Burkina Faso
The 2025 Africa Cup of Nations is now in full swing in Morocco, and two Atalanta players are well into the thick of the action: Ademola Lookman with Nigeria and Odilon Kossounou with Ivory Coast.
In the Round of 16, Ivory Coast cruised past Burkina Faso with a 3–0 victory. Odilon started the match and featured for 93 minutes.
The clash between Ivory Coast and Burkina Faso brought the Round of 16 to a close, with the quarter-finals scheduled for 9 and 10 January. Both Nerazzurri will be back in action on Saturday: at 17:00 CET, Lookman and Nigeria will take on Algeria, before Kossounou and Ivory Coast face Egypt at 20:00 CET.
