U23s, Salvatore Bocchetti: "A bitter result to take"

Following the defeat at Giugliano, coach Salvatore Bocchetti commented as follows: “It’s frustrating, because this was a game where we should have done much better. Until the first goal, we were the only ones creating chances, and it leaves a bitter taste to lose after wasting so many opportunities. We still need to improve and try to collect as many points as possible to secure survival. There’s regret, because we could and should have scored more. We lacked the necessary concentration in matches like this, against a team that needed points. It hurts, especially since their goals were practically gifted, we hardly let them create anything.”
