PURCHASE OF TICKETS: OBLIGATION OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AGREEMENT
Please note that by purchasing an admission Ticket, the purchaser agrees to be bound by the following:

Compliance, acknowledgement, and acceptance of the above rules are essential conditions for access to and stay within the stadium. Access to, and stay within the Stadium area also implies the acceptance of the rules and regulations issued by the clubs, leagues and federations hosting the event. Entry to the stadium implies acceptance of the above.
For the purposes of these regulations, the term "Stadium" refers to the entire indoor facility, including the areas of the grounds occupied and used by the Club.
The term "Club" in these regulations refers to Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio S.r.l.
The term "Event" in these regulations refers to any match taking place in the stadium.
TICKETS TO HOME MATCHES
It should be noted that in relation to the provisions of the Decree of the Minister of the Interior 6/6/2005, the ticket is registered under the name of the purchaser and, therefore, at the time of the purchase it is necessary to present a valid identity document or its copy.
In order to avoid long queues at the stadium ticket office on match day, fans are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance: due to the current rules on registering tickets in the purchaser's name, the time taken to issue tickets has increased.
Dates and times of the events indicated on the tickets are only approximative and may be subject to alteration depending on the dispositions communicated in some cases by the Lega Serie A.
For organisational reasons and/or for the reasons of public order, tickets to some competitions may be purchased exclusively by the holders of a physical Dea Card.
INFORMATION ON THE AWAY FANS' SECTION
According to the current legislation and the eventual restrictions provided, the conditions for the sale of tickets for the Away section will be communicated via the ticketing policy that will be publicised on the page dedicated to the event.
The certified capacity of the Away section of the Gewiss Stadium is 1,328 seats (including seats for disabled supporters and their carers).
At the time of entry to the stadium, the ticket and a valid identity document must be presented, as well as the loyalty card (if required by the regulations in force); these regulations are of a general nature and any specific regulations will be communicated from time to time in relation to individual events.
