PURCHASE OF TICKETS: OBLIGATION OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AGREEMENT
Please note that by purchasing an admission Ticket, the purchaser agrees to be bound by the following:
- The Purchase of Matchday tickets Terms and Conditions;
- The Season ticket Terms and Conditions;
- The Regulations on the use of the Stadium;
- The Privacy Policy;
- The Regulatory Code.
TICKETS TO HOME MATCHES
It should be noted that in relation to the provisions of the Decree of the Minister of the Interior 6/6/2005, the ticket is registered under the name of the purchaser and, therefore, at the time of the purchase it is necessary to present a valid identity document or its copy.
With a view to avoiding long queues to the ticket office of the Stadium in Viale Giulio Cesare on matchday, THE SUPPORTERS ARE INVITED TO PROVIDE THEMSELVES WITH TICKETS IN THE PRESALE PHASE: the current legislation on registration of the tickets under the name of a purchaser have prolonged the time of issuing of the tickets.
The dates and the times of the events indicated on the tickets are only approximative and may be subject to modifications on the basis of the dispositions communicated in some cases by the Lega Serie A.
For organisational reasons and/or for the reasons of public order, the tickets to some competitions may be purchased exclusively by the holders of a physical DEA CARD.
Moreover, it should be noted that the ticket office in Piazzale Goisis is closed to the public.
INFORMATION ON THE AWAY FANS' SECTION
According to the current legislation and the eventual restrictions provided, the conditions for the sale of tickets for the Away section will be communicated via the ticketing policy that will be publicised on the page dedicated to the event.
The certified capacity of the Away section for the season 2023-2024 shall be 750 seats. At the time of entry into the Stadium, the ticket and a valid identity card shall be presented, besides the Fidelity Card; these provisions are of a general nature, and the eventual specific provisions will be communicated from time to time in relation to single events.
Dates and times of the events indicated on the tickets are only approximative and may be subject to alteration depending on the dispositions communicated in some cases by the Lega Serie A.
ALL THE INFORMATION ON THE USE OF THE GEWISS STADIUM
Access and stay in the area of the Stadium is expressly subject to the implicit acceptance by the spectators of the Purchase of Matchday tickets Terms and Conditions, the season ticket Terms and Conditions, the Regulations on the use of the Stadium, the Privacy Policy and the Regulatory Code and of all the current regulations imposed by the Leagues and federations that manage the event.
Entry to the Stadium determines the acceptance of the present Regulations. By “Stadium” the Regulations refer to the whole interior facility including the areas of property that are occupied and used by the Club. By “Club” the Regulations refer to Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio S.r.l. By “event” the Regulations refer to each match that is held at the Stadium.
