TICKETING POINT @ NEW BALANCE ARENA
There is a special sales point open to the public at the New Balance Arena. The Ticketing Point is next to the Atalanta Store and can be accessed from Viale Giulio Cesare.
The Ticketing Point located at the New Balance Arena is open for:
- The sale of tickets for first team and U23 matches. To purchase tickets, simply present the identity documents (including photographs) of everyone who wishes to attend the match.
- To sign up for the Dea Card, Atalanta's loyalty card. You must appear in person with a valid identity document to sign up. For minors, at least one parent and/or legal guardian must be present with valid identity documents for both parties.
OPENING HOURS DURING THE 2026/27 UECL MINI-SEASON TICKET PRIORITY WINDOW
During the priority sales window for the 2026/27 UEFA Conference League League Phase, the Ticketing Point will be open throughout the priority period every day from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., both for ticket purchases and for the purchase of traditional mini-season tickets.
Dea Cards CANNOT be issued during this period.
On the occasion of Atalanta v Cagliari, and to ensure the smooth running of all match-related services, the Ticketing Point will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on matchday, Saturday 12 September. Traditional mini-season tickets can be purchased during these opening hours.
STANDARD OPENING HOURS
Starting from 10 August and throughout the 2026/27 season, the Ticketing Point at the New Balance Arena will observe the following opening hours:
- Monday from 10 am to 2 pm and from 3 pm to 6 pm;
- Friday from 10 am to 2 pm and from 3 pm to 6 pm;
- Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm;
- MATCHDAY: The Ticketing Point at the New Balance Arena opens four hours before kick-off. If a match is taking place on a Monday, Friday or Saturday, the Ticketing Point will be open during the scheduled matchday opening hours.
Any extraordinary openings or closures will be announced via the company's official channels.
Please note that on match days, the Ticketing Point is open solely and exclusively:
- to sell any remaining tickets for the match;
- to provide assistance in the event of malfunctioning tickets and/or season tickets valid for the match.
It is NOT possible to sign up for the Dea Card on matchdays.
