Atalanta BC believes in the importance of the social function of sport in general and football in particular as a tool for education, integration and cohesion. Atalanta BC firmly believes in the need to make ethics an effective means of guiding the behaviour of their own social structures, the management, the directors, the employees and their collaborators.
The knowledge and respect of the Code of Ethics by all those who work for Atalanta BC is therefore the basis for achieving the Club's objectives, both on and off the pitch.

On the grounds of the pledge binding Atalanta BC to the principles of correctness and fairness, all employees and collaborators working with our companies are in charge of reporting any breach or non-compliance with the tenets listed above. In the event of anyone either experiencing or registering any breach of the internal Code of Conduct, Policies, Procedures or regulations, Atalanta BC provides a confidential channel to ensure the anonymity and confidentiality of the reporting party via:

COORDINATOR AGAINST ABUSIVE, VIOLENT AND DISCRIMINATING BEHAVIOURS
In line with its continued commitment to ensuring the protection and well-being of its employees and registered members and in full compliance with FIGC regulations and guidelines, Atalanta BC has adopted a Code of Conduct and a Safeguarding Organizational Model. Furthermore a Designated Safeguarding Officer has been appointed to address matters related to abuse, violence, and discrimination.
