WHAT IS THIS PROJECT ABOUT?
It’s very simple. President Percassi is pleased to give all the newborns born in the hospitals in Bergamo and its province the Atalanta black and blue shirt.
WHY?
Love and passion for the Nerazzurri colours must be born with the newborn baby and grow together with them. “If you’re from Bergamo, you can’t help but love Atalanta, the team from your city”. From this statement by our President, the “Progetto Neonati Atalantini” (Atalanta Newborns Project) was “born” on 13 July 2010.
WHEN WILL THE SHIRT DISTRIBUTION BEGIN AND HOW WILL IT HAPPEN?
Distribution began on the 1st of December 2010. All babies born after that day will receive a shirt directly at the hospital.
CAN YOU REQUEST A SHIRT FOR A NEWBORN WHO WASN’T BORN IN A HOSPITAL IN THE PROVINCE OF BERGAMO?
Yes, absolutely, but first you have to register with the “Anagrafe Atalantina” (Atalanta Registry). Those who reside in the province of Bergamo will be able to collect their shirts at the Atalanta Store in viale Papa Giovanni XXIII, 30, in the city centre (days and opening times are in the dedicated section on our website). Those who live outside the province and abroad will receive the shirt directly at home.
