Primavera: Cremonese 1-2 Atalanta
A victory sealed by Camara and Simonetto
At the Centro Sportivo Amadio Soldi, the Nerazzurri secured their sixth consecutive positive result in the league: on Matchday 29 of the Campionato Primavera 1 2025/26 “Trofeo Giacinto Facchetti”, Arrigoni and his teammates defeated Cremonese 2-1.
After a balanced start, it was coach Bosi’s side who created the first opportunity. In the 13th minute, Camara met a cross from the left with a header that went just over the bar. Six minutes later, the same Camara gave the Nerazzurri the lead: taking advantage of a misplaced pass from the home defence, the 2006-born forward raced toward goal and beat Cassin with a precise low strike. Deep into stoppage time, the hosts equalised through Stefani, whose left-footed effort at the near post brought the score level. The first half in Cremona ended 1-1.
In the second half, Gasparello tried his luck from distance with a curling effort that missed the target. Cremonese responded to Atalanta’s attacking moves with Ragnoli Galli clearing an attempt that went wide. In the 68th minute, Atalanta restored their lead: after a well-worked move down the left flank, Simonetto beat the home goalkeeper with a powerful left-footed strike at the near post.
Late in the game, the Nerazzurri came close to extending their advantage: first Artesani struck the post with a left-footed effort, and in stoppage time Cakolli unleashed a volleyed cross-shot from the left that hit the woodwork for the second time in the match. At the Amadio Soldi Sports Center, Atalanta ultimately claimed a 2-1 victory.
