March 2026 Representatives: the recap of Saturday 28

Fifteen Atalanta first-team players have been called up to their respective National teams. Some will feature in friendly matches, while others will compete in playoff fixtures for qualification to the upcoming World Cup or, in the case of the Under-21s, in European Championship qualifiers.

All fixtures on Saturday 28 March were friendlies, with positive results for the Nerazzurri.

Belgium, with Charles De Ketelaere, cruised to a 5-1 thrashing of the USA. The Atalanta forward featured for 62 minutes and got on the scoresheet, slotting home Belgium’s third from the penalty spot.

Ivory Coast also ran out comfortable 4–0 winners against South Korea, though Odilon Kossounou was an unused substitute.

No fixtures are scheduled for Sunday the 29th. Action resumes on Monday, March 30, with a friendly between Germany and Ghana, featuring Kamaldeen Sulemana.
