The game between Atalanta and Hellas Verona ended in a goalless draw, as the Nerazzurri took a point from the Scaligeri on matchweek 33 of the 2024/25 Primavera 1 'Trofeo Giacinto Facchetti' to move to 40 points in the standings.
The match between Atalanta and Hellas Verona was an evenly balanced affair from the outset, with both teams defending well and showing intensity at the same time. While the visitors were the first to threaten with a header that went wide, the Nerazzurri came close in the 17th minute through Baldo. Ten minutes later, Bonanomi tested the Verona goalkeeper twice, first with a free-kick that Magro saved and then with a left-footed shot from outside the area that went over the bar. Hellas Verona threatened on the half-hour mark, but Pardel was alert enough to keep the opponents at bay.
The visitors threatened in the opening minutes of the second half through Szimionas, who first hit the post before Monticelli struck the crossbar. Atalanta responded through substitutes Cakolli and Riccio, the former firing wide and the latter getting a touch on the gloves of the Hellas Verona goalkeeper but couldn't make the breakthrough. That being the last chance to score, the match held at the Centro Bortolotti ended in a goalless draw.
