DCPS 3rd Level Championship

Liberi di Crescere 5–4 Atalanta For Special
Scorers: Capitanio, Masserini (2), Virgillito

A challenging yet encouraging debut for the 3rd Level side, who showed character, determination, and a strong desire to perform well. Facing more experienced opponents, the Nerazzurri battled throughout, displaying good spells of play and confirming the solid work done in recent months.

The nerves of a first outing were evident early on, as the opponents scored three quick goals. Atalanta hit back before the break thanks to Marco Capitanio, sharp to react in a crowded box, and Gianmarco Masserini, who finished off a fine individual move.

The second half remained lively, with goals at both ends. Masserini struck again, and Matteo Virgillito netted the equaliser to make it 4–4. Unfortunately, a late own goal handed the win to the opposition, but the performance left plenty of positives to build on.

DCPS 4th Level Championship

Milan 4–2 Atalanta For Special
Scorer: Bustamante (2)

An emotional debut in the DCPS 4th Level Fun & Play league — a tournament focused on growth, inclusion, and sporting development for younger players.

The Nerazzurri faced a strong Milan side full of quality and experience, who went 3–0 up in the first half. Atalanta reacted with pride and personality, reducing the deficit through a fine brace from Cristian Bustamante.

In the final stages, the coach ensured every player took to the pitch, perfectly in line with the educational and inclusive philosophy of the For Special project. Milan added a fourth goal right at the end, but Atalanta still walked away winners in spirit — having strengthened their unity and belief from the very first step of their journey.
