Academy: outcomes of the weekend (06/04/2025)
How our Youth sides fared this WE
With three teams hitting the pitches on Saturday, the Academy's weekend kicked off with the Primavera suffering a narrow 3-2 away defeat at the hands of Juventus (on target for the Nerazzurri Riccio and Bonanomi); the U16s claiming a 4-0 rout over Inter in Milan courtesy of Zanatta, Pozzi, Zani -featuring the cover picture, matchday photo from the first leg- and Fugazzola; and the U15s narrowly losing 1-0 to Inter. Come Monday, it will be the turn of the Under-18s (off to Cagliari for an 11:00 CEST kick-off) and the U17s, facing Inter away at 16:00 CEST.
Closing off with our Women's sides, the interregional Phase MD8 saw the U17s bulldoze Atletico Uri 1-6 (courtesy of Saccomandi's haul and a brace from Marano), while it was Valecchi who tipped the scales for the U15s against Uesse Sarnico, scoring the match-winner in Zingonia.
