How the Nerazzurri youngsters fared this weekend
Following the Primavera’s 2-0 away win over AlbinoLeffe yesterday, courtesy of goals from Leandri and Colombo, the U17s also claimed victory today to get their league campaign off to the best possible start. At the Centro Bortolotti in Zingonia, coach Fautario’s side defeated Udinese 4-1 thanks to goals from Meyou, El Hafid, Pettinà and Koren (pictured on the cover celebrating after scoring the final goal of the game). The U18s will be in action on Monday, when they travel to face Cagliari on Matchday 2, with kick-off at 11:00 CEST.
Elsewhere, the U16s lifted the Memorial Luigi Rocca in Piacenza on Saturday, winning both matches of the three-team tournament. They defeated Piacenza 4-0, with a Magrin brace and goals from Fradegrada and Carone, before beating Inter 2-1 through Bellei and Giustacchini.
