UEFA Europa League Round of 16 2nd leg: ticket news

Tickets to the second leg of the 2023-2024 UEFA Europa League Round of 16 (Atalanta's opponents will be drawn on Friday 23 February) scheduled for Thursday 14 March (kick-off time TBD) will be available for purchase as follows:

• PRIVATE SALE FOR 2023-2024 UEL GROUP STAGE SEASON TICKET HOLDERS from 10:00 CET on Thursday 22 February to 23:00 CET on Tuesday 27 February;
• GENERAL SALE from 10:00 CET on Wednesday 28 February and, unless sold out, until kick-off (TBD).

Tickets will be available for sale, pending availability, until kick-off.

STANDS AND PRICES Below is the ticket pricing; please note that the commission fee charged by Vivaticket for the online transaction is not included.

During the general sale period, fans born in the home country of the visiting team will only be able to purchase tickets in the Away End of the Gewiss Stadium.

Reduced-price tickets will be available for purchase from:

• Under 18s
• Over 65s
• Women
• Disabled over 75% (valid for disabled 2023-2024 UEL Group Stage season ticket holders only)

SALE PHASES

PRIVATE SALE FOR THE 2023-2024 UEL GROUP STAGE SEASON TICKET HOLDERS Season ticket holders of the 2023-2024 UEL group stage (both digital season tickets, i.e. those loaded onto the Dea Card, and season tickets released from the Loyalty Card - former voucher -) will be able to confirm their place or choose another one from those on sale at the time of purchase, even in sections other than that of their subscription. The price applies to the selected section. The private sale will be active from 10:00 CET on Thursday 22 February until 23:00 CET on Tuesday 27 February.

Once the purchase has been completed, it is not possible to change the stand/row/seat of the ticket.

For UEFA Europa League knockout competitions, some seats available for the group stage are reserved for the organising body of the event due to institutional regulations. In detail, the reservations for UEFA may not allow the purchase of a ticket in the same seat as the UEL Group Stage Season Ticket in the Tribuna Centrale, Tribuna d'Onore and Tribuna Rinascimento coperta (sector F02 only) stands. Subscribers who are unable to confirm their seat will be able to choose another seat from those available at the time of purchase. The price applies to the selected section.

GENERAL SALE The window for the general sale will open at 10:00 CET on Wednesday 28 February and, unless sold out, will continue until kick-off (time TBD). Maximum number of tickets that can be purchased in a single order: 4.

PRIVATE SALE FOR ATALANTA SEASON TICKET HOLDERS

Tickets can be purchased: – at the Vivaticket sale points in Italy (to see which is the closest to you click here) in print@home mode; – online on the website https://atalanta.vivaticket.it/ in print@home mode following the rules below.

Each buyer can purchase up to 4 tickets, all of them in the name of season ticket holders.

a) for the 2023-2024 UEL GROUP STAGE SEASON TICKET HOLDERS WITH DEA CARD - NUMBER OF THE DEA CARD currently held by the season ticket holder (expired Dea Cards will also be valid for purchase and subsequent access to the stadium);

• PRINT@HOME MODE: a PDF ticket will be issued (to be printed in good quality A4 format or stored on a mobile device) indicating the section, row and seat purchased and to be occupied.

IMPORTANT: The Dea Card does NOT allow access to the stadium, which is exclusively granted by the A4 ticket. Emails of purchase or documents other than the ticket with the barcode will not be considered valid for entry.

b) for 2023-2024 UEL GROUP STAGE SEASON TICKET HOLDERS WITH A TRADITIONAL SEASON TICKET (released from the loyalty card i.e. former voucher):

• the PRE-EMPTION CODE (located on the back of the season ticket, as shown below, after the word “Abb:”) preceded by five zero/0 (00000). IMPORTANT: type five “0” and then add the 7 digits of the pre-emption code without spaces (000000123456). In order to exercise their pre-emption right, season ticket holders will have to enter their pre-emption code: – for 2023-2024 season ticket holders with Dea Card:

NUMBER OF THE DEA CARD that is currently owned by the season ticket holder (expired Dea Cards will also be valid to purchase and access the stadium); – for 2023-2024 season ticket holders with a traditional season ticket (released from the membership card i.e. former voucher): the PRE-EMPTION CODE (located on the back of the season ticket, after the word “Abb:”) preceded by five zero/0 (00000).

• PRINT@HOME MODE (only for thermally printed season ticket holders): a bar-coded ticket in pdf format will be issued, to be printed in good quality on A4 paper. This is the only ticket that will be considered valid for access to the turnstiles. Any purchase emails or documents other than the barcoded ticket will not be considered valid for entry.

IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE to load tickets onto the Dea Card.

HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS IN GENERAL SALE

Tickets can be purchased: – online in print@home mode; – at the Vivaticket outlets in Italy (to see which is the closest to you, click here) in print@home mode;

• at the Gewiss Stadium ticket office in viale Giulio Cesare (opposite the Tribuna Rinascimento), which opens two hours before kick-off on the day of the match, unless the event is sold out.

Each buyer can purchase up to a maximum of 4 tickets in total.

GEWISS STADIUM TICKET OFFICE IN VIALE GIULIO CESARE (opposite Tribuna Rinascimento

The ticket office in Viale Giulio Cesare will be open on the day of the match, two hours before kick-off, for:

• assistance in the event of a ticket malfunction;
• the sale of unsold tickets.

It will NOT be possible to transfer tickets at the Gewiss Stadium ticket office.

USEFUL INFORMATION

We remind all ticket holders that: – Gates will approximately open two hours before kick-off; – It is advisable to reach the entrance indicated on your ticket or placeholder well in advance of the start of the event. This is to avoid long queues and gatherings that could originate from the mandatory check procedures in the pre-filtering areas of the Gewiss Stadium; – Each holder must stay in the seat allocated at the time of purchase and shown on the ticket.

Access to the Gewiss Stadium will be allowed only to fans in possession of: – A valid traditional season or single ticket or Dea Card with the placeholder of the season ticket or the single ticket digitally loaded onto the card; – A valid identity document.
