For Special hosted Cooperativa "Il Ponte" in Nembro
For a friendly match against the Nerazzurri fourth-tier team
The sports season may be over, but Atalanta For Special continues its activities with the same energy and commitment. At the Saletti Sports Center in Nembro, the team warmly welcomed a delegation from Cooperativa Il Ponte of Poggio Rusco, an organization that works closely with Poggiese as part of a well-established educational project.
What began as an opportunity to learn more about the Atalanta For Special model soon became a meaningful afternoon of sport, connection, and genuine relationships—once again showcasing the power of inclusion through teamwork.
Both on and off the pitch, the real stars were the players, who embodied enthusiasm, respect, and a strong sense of participation. Though coming from different backgrounds, the two organizations share a common vision: to use football not merely as a sport, but as a powerful tool for personal development, independence, and inclusion. At its heart is a people-centered approach, creating an environment where everyone feels valued and fully involved.
The match itself was intense and entertaining, ending in a 4–3 win for the visitors. Yet, the final score was secondary to the significance of the shared experience. The afternoon concluded with an exchange of gifts and a generous refreshments spread, further strengthening the bonds of friendship and collaboration.
Once again, the day demonstrated how football, when driven by a strong educational purpose, can become a powerful vehicle for inclusion and growth for all.
