UCL Atalanta-ManUtd: paper tickets only
No ticket access will be uploaded on the Dea Card
As indicated in the methods of purchase, the Club reminds all fans in possession of a ticket for the Champions League match Atalanta-Manchester United (Tuesday 2 November, Gewiss Stadium with kick-off at 21.00 CET), that access to the turnstile will be allowed exclusively through the reading of the barcode or QR code that is present on the print@home ticket itself. NO tickets will be uploaded on the Deacard.
Therefore, all fans are invited to retrieve and keep at hand the pdf ticket they received by email after completing the purchase: the ticket must either be printed in good quality on an A4 sheet or kept on a mobile device.
You can retrieve the ticket(s) from the Vivaticket account you used for the purchase, by logging into your user area.
To do this:
- Click on the link https://atalanta.vivaticket.it/.
- Log into your Vivaticket account.
- Access “My Vivaticket”.
- Access the section "My purchases" and choose the VIVATK transaction that is related to the purchase of tickets for the match against Manchester United.
- Click on the icon of the receipt to retrieve the pdf including the ticket(s) for the match.
If it is not possible to retrieve the ticket(s) by following the procedure indicated, write an e-mail to biglietteria@atalanta.it.
