U23s, Gabriele Bertolini joins the attacking ranks

Atalanta BC announce the permanent signing of Gabriele Bertolini from Fiorentina, with the 19-year-old winger joining the Club's Under-23 squad.

Born in Carrara on 11 April 2006, Bertolini came through Fiorentina's youth academy before establishing himself as a key player for the Viola Primavera side during the 2025/26 season. He made 27 appearances, scoring five goals and providing three assists.

It proved to be a landmark campaign for Gabriele, who played his part in Fiorentina's Primavera 1 title triumph, finding the net in the Viola's 2-0 playoff semi-final victory over Bologna.

He also gained valuable experience in the UEFA Youth League and earned his first call-up to Fiorentina's senior squad for their UEFA Conference League clash with Jagiellonia.
