Primavera, Anelli crowned league’s Best Goalkeeper

A prestigious accolade for Alessandro Anelli, named Best Goalkeeper of the league at the "Primavera 1 Best Awards" organised by SportItalia.

The 2008-born Nerazzurri shot stopper was included in the league's Best XI following the conclusion of the regular season last weekend. Since arriving at Atalanta last summer, Anelli has made 21 league appearances, adding a further six outings in the Primavera Coppa Italia — where his saves, including crucial interventions in penalty shootouts, proved instrumental in the Nerazzurri lifting the trophy — as well as three appearances in the UEFA Youth League.
