Palladino's press conference ahead of Atalanta v Cagliari
The Nerazzurri coach previews tomorrow's Serie A home game
Raffaele Palladino spoke to the media on the eve of Atalanta’s home fixture against Cagliari on Matchday 15 of the 2025/26 Serie A Enilive season. The fixture kicks off tomorrow, Saturday 13 December, at 20:45 CET at the New Balance Arena in Bergamo: “We need consistency — both in our performances and in our mentality. We have to build on what we showed against Chelsea and bring that same spirit into the league. That will be a sign of maturity for us. We want to stay on this path and get back up the table. We must give everything, play to our strengths and qualities, and do it with the right mindset and hunger — exactly what I saw in the Champions League match.”
He then turned his attention to Atalanta’s next opponents: “Cagliari are a team that defend well and counter well. Serie A is extremely balanced; we have to step onto the pitch hungry and with the right attitude.”
