Our monthly schedule, September
The first grind of the 2025/26 season kicks off: five games in just 16 days for Atalanta
After August’s tune-up and an early-September cooldown for the international break, it’s full throttle for Atalanta: with competitions back in swing, the Nerazzurri are staring down five fixtures in just sixteen days, ready to rack up miles on and off the pitch. The fronts are multiplying, the fixtures are piling up, and the calendar is filling fast: with the season’s first real tour de force looming, Atalanta are also gearing up for their return to the European stage, as the Champions League is ready to shine the spotlight once again after the suspense of the draw.
Kicking off the September stretch in just sixteen days is the home fixture against Lecce, scheduled for Sunday 14 at 15:00 CEST at the Stadio di Bergamo.
Following the clash with the Salentini, it’s time for Atalanta’s debut on Europe’s most prestigious stage: and what better setting to begin the new UCL journey than the home of the reigning champions? All eyes in the Ville Lumière will be on the Parc des Princes for PSG vs Atalanta: kickoff at 21:00 CEST on Wednesday 17.
From one away trip to another, after Paris the Nerazzurri will make a double stop in Turin for a back-to-back on the road in the Piedmont capital. First up in "the Alps' Capital" is Torino vs Atalanta: the Serie A "corrida" in the maroon arena is set for Sunday 21 at 15:00 CEST at the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino. Then comes the second leg of the Turin doubleheader: a heavyweight clash against Juventus at the Allianz Stadium, scheduled for Saturday 27 at 18:00 CEST.
After two intense weeks of high-level clashes between Serie A and the Champions League, Atalanta will close out the month just as they started it, in front of their home crowd. The final chapter of September’s footballing medley will be Atalanta vs Club Brugge, Matchday 2 of the 2025/26 League Phase, on Tuesday 30 September at 18:45 CEST at the Stadio di Bergamo.
