International Duty: Kamaldeen, De Ketelaere and Zalewski the first Nerazzurri on the pitch
Djimisiti remained on the bench during Albania's friendly match.
Thirteen first-team Nerazzurri players have been called up by their national teams for the early September international break, focused on World Cup Qualifiers.
The first to take the field was Kamaldeen Sulemana (featured in the cover photo), who came on in the 77th minute in Ghana’s 1-1 draw against Chad.
Then came the clash between The Netherlands and Poland, which ended all square 1-1 with Nicola Zalewski pulling his weight for the first 71 minutes. Meanwhile, Belgium ran out comfortable 6-0 winners against Liechtenstein, with De Ketelaere coming off the bench in the 61st minute.
