The final international fixtures of the September 2025 break
Djimsiti won, while Lookman and Kossounou secured draws; a setback for Samardžić
As part of the September 2025 international break, the last round of international fixtures involving Atalanta players took place today.
Djimsiti captained Albania to a 1–0 victory against Latvia, with the defender playing the entire match. Nigeria drew 1–1 with South Africa, with Lookman playing the full 90 minutes. Meanwhile, the Ivory Coast drew 0–0 with Gabon, with Kossounou also playing the full 90 minutes.
Finally, Samardžić's Serbia suffered a setback when they lost 5-0 to England after he came on in the 61st minute.
International fixtures will be back next month, with the Serie A Enilive taking a break on 12 October.
