In view of the upcoming Club Brugge vs. Atalanta outing, scheduled for Wednesday 12 February at 18:45 CET at the Jan Breydel Stadium (address: Koning Leopold III-laan 50) in Bruges, here is some useful information for all Nerazzurri fans who will be travelling to Belgium for the first leg of the 2024/25 UEFA Champions League knockout phase play-offs.
Please note that the gates open at 17:15 CET.

ARRIVING IN BRUGES

BY PLANE
- Ostend Airport is the closest airport to Bruges and may be your arrival point if you are travelling on charter flights;
- The nearest airport to Bruges is Brussels Airport. From there, you can take a direct train to Brugge (approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes).

BY BUS
- For fans arriving in Bruges by bus, parking will be available at Bargeweg – Vestibule plein. From the Bargeweg parking lot, Nerazzurri fans can walk to the city centre where the Market Square (Grote Markt) and the Eiermarkt are located.

For safety reasons, it is not permitted to hold a procession/march to reach the stadium, and it is also strongly discouraged to linger near the stadium in the hours before the start of the match.

HOW TO REACH THE JAN BREYDEL STADIUM

From the Meeting Point: It is strongly recommended to meet at the meeting point from which, starting at 5:00 PM, a free shuttle service will be available to reach the stadium.

Public Transportation: To reach the stadium from the meeting point, you can also use the public transportation service: bus line 3, which stops at Diksmuidse Heirweg near the stadium.

By Car: It is not recommended to reach the stadium by car due to traffic restrictions and because parking is not allowed inside and near the stadium.

SAFETY AND STADIUM ACCESS

As already announced during the sale, no paper tickets or print@home tickets will be available.

The only way to access the stadium is through the app.

To access the Away Section, you will need to use the ticket uploaded to the official "Jan Breydel away app".

The app can be downloaded:

Away section: according to the information we have received from Club Brugge, from 5:15 PM, Atalanta fans must enter through Gate 4 and reach sectors 421 and 422 dedicated to them. It is recommended to arrive well in advance to avoid long queues due to security checks.

Disabled Fans: Disabled fans can park at the Zuid 1 parking lot (https://maps.app.goo.gl/WE73d87wHkscekkaA) and then go to sector 412 dedicated to them.

INSIDE THE STADIUM

Food and Drinks: Inside the Jan Breydel Stadium, you will find soft drinks, beer, and hot dogs that can also be consumed in the stands. Inside the stadium, you can ONLY pay with credit/debit cards.

Fan Accessories: It is allowed to bring a maximum of 1 drum and 1 megaphone. The owner of these instruments must identify themselves as the head steward of the grandstand.

  • Flags on poles are allowed under the following conditions:
  • The text, photo, and necessary fire safety certificates must be sent to the Club Brugge safety manager for approval.
  • A flag carried by one or two poles must have a maximum size of 150 cm x 200 cm and must only display the logo and/or colours of the club and/or the official name of one of the playing associations;
  • The pole must be empty, flexible up to 90 degrees and in one piece and must not splinter when bent. The length of the pole must be between 150 cm and 200 cm;
  • Flags/banners of larger dimensions are allowed in the stadium, provided there is prior consent from the safety manager and with the necessary certificates;
  • The flag cannot be removed from the pole.

Prohibited items that will be confiscated at the stadium:

  • Suitcases, backpacks, and bags larger than A4 size
  • Weapons or any object that can be used as such.
  • Sharp or blunt objects.
  • Alcohol, drugs.
  • Projectiles or explosives in solid, liquid, or gaseous form.

Pyrotechnic objects such as Bengal lights, smoke bombs, firecrackers, etc.

Items not allowed (and returned at the end of the match):

  • Helmets
  • Selfie sticks.
  • Please note that it is preferable to leave these items in your vehicle or on the bus.

Confiscated items must be registered by the guest steward.

No lockers are available for the safekeeping of belongings.
