Atalanta v Bayern Munich: useful information for ticket holders
Ahead of the Last-16 first leg kicking off at 21:00 CET on 10 March
With Atalanta's UEFA Champions League Round of 16 first leg against Bayern Munich scheduled for Tuesday, 10 March at 21:00 CET, here is some useful information for all ticket holders in preparation for the match.
Stadium access – Tickets purchased during the season ticket holders’ priority sale
Season ticket holders with a Dea Card who purchased their ticket during the priority sale are advised to verify that the ticket has been digitally uploaded onto their card by downloading the placeholder.
In this case, access through the turnstiles will require only the presentation of the Dea Card; however, supporters are always advised to carry the match placeholder as well.
If the ticket has not been uploaded onto the card (as it was issued in print@home format), supporters are requested to retrieve and save on their mobile device the PDF ticket generated at the time of purchase and containing a barcode:
- From the MyVivaticket area of the Vivaticket account used for the purchase (accessible via https://atalanta.vivaticket.it/);
- Directly from the purchase confirmation email (sender: no_reply@vivaticket.com).
Access to the stadium will therefore require presentation — including from a mobile device — of the ticket displaying the barcode.
Recommendations
All ticket holders are kindly reminded that:
- Stadium gates will open approximately two hours before kick-off;
- Spectators are advised to reach the entrance indicated on their ticket or placeholder well in advance of the event start time, in order to avoid long queues and crowding caused by the necessary security checks in the pre-filtering areas of the Stadio di Bergamo.
