Atalanta U23s 3-1 Siracusa
Levak, Navarro and Misitano on the scoresheet for the Nerazzurri
The Nerazzurri returned to winning ways with a 3-1 comeback victory over Siracusa at the Caravaggio Municipal Stadium. Levak struck late in the first half, before Navarro and Misitano sealed the result after the break.
The visitors took an early lead on 13 minutes with Molina, breaking the deadlock from the spot after Comi's challenge into the box was deemed a foul by the referee. Atalanta retorted in the 16th with a team move set up by Cissè, who ignited Cassa's counter, but our number 11 got thwarted by Farroni one-on-one. The first 45 minutes stayed finely balanced until stoppage time, when Levak rose highest to power Panada’s corner into the net and bring the Nerazzurri level.
In the 62nd, Atalanta came close to the breakthrough with Cissé, solo on goal but failing to skip past Farroni. The overtake came three minutes later with Navarro, turning the match around with a powerful left-footer from outside the box, helped on its way by a deflection off a Siracusa defender. Th third arrived in the 75th thanks to Misitano, storming coast-to-coast on the counter before slotting past Farroni with ice-cold composure. Our No. 9 was at it again in the 86th minute with another brilliant piece of play, carving out space in the box to set up Cissè, who found himself unmarked but couldn't bring the ball under control.
