Atalanta U23s 2-1 Union Clodiense
Panada and Alessio seal the black-and-blue comeback in Caravaggio
Returning to winning ways, Atalanta U23s came back from behind as coach Modesto's lads imposed themselves 2-1 in the rescheduling against Clodiense.
A lukewarm first half went by in Caravaggio, with the Nerazzurri weaving only one chance throughout the course of the first fraction: on 38 minutes Bernasconi played the ball through to Vlahović, who forced Brzan's great save as he tried to bust the game open with a powerful finish in the box.
The second stint opened up on a more boisterous note: on 51 minutes Vlahović stung Brzan's gloves once again as he saw his header deflected out for a corner. The visitors broke the deadlock on 70 minutes through Orfei, who capitalized on Pardel's loose pass to give Clodiense the lead. Al 70' Orfei approfitta di un passaggio impreciso di Pardel e segna il gol del vantaggio. With Scheffer earning a penalty for Atalantam, Panada equalised from the spot on in the 76th. The black-and-blue comeback came about in a matter of minutes, through Alessio, who turned the match around with a ranged left-footer from outside the box after going solo.
