At the Municipal stadium in Caravaggio, Atalanta U23s suffered a 2-0 defeat to Casertana on Matchday 33 of the 2025/26 Serie C Sky Wifi campaign.

Atalanta U23s made a strong start and threatened as early as the 3rd minute through Manzoni, who finished off a well-worked move orchestrated by Misitano, but his effort lacked power. Misitano was involved again on 9 minutes, winning back possession and setting up Vavassori, whose shot sailed over the bar. As the minutes went by, the tempo remained high, with both sides pushing for the opener. Casertana also looked to make their mark and, on 44 minutes, found the breakthrough: following a set piece, an unfortunate own goal by Navarro gave the visitors the lead.

Few chances in the second half, with Pardel called into action twice in the 51st and 73rd minutes. In the 77th minute, a cross from Manzoni turned into a dangerous shot, but the keeper managed to tip it behind for a corner. In the 81st minute, Kontek got sent off for a last-man foul on Cissè, who was clean through on goal. Despite going down to ten men, the visitors kept pushing, grabbing a second through Kallon deep into stoppage time.
