Football off the pitch, too. In recent days, Atalanta and Chelsea shared a significant moment beyond the field, as the ownership teams of the two clubs came together to strengthen a connection that dates back to the early 2000s, when Atalanta CEO Luca Percassi donned the Blues’ jersey.

The meeting was particularly heartfelt and productive, welcoming Chelsea co-owner Behdad Eghbali. Representing Atalanta were CEO Luca Percassi, President Antonio Percassi, co-Chairman Stephen Pagliuca, and Marc Casper.
