Atalanta v Bayer Leverkusen: the sale windows of the UEL final

According to the guidelines provided by UEFA the Club wishes to share the official conditions for the purchase of tickets for Atalanta vs. Bayer Leverkusen, the 2023-2024 UEFA Europa League final kicking off at the Aviva Arena in Dublin on Wednesday, May 22, at 21:00 BST (20:00 CEST in Italy).

It is advised to carefully read all the information/indications reported below.

Atalanta fans will be allowed to purchase tickets only and exclusively via the official UEFA sales portal upon the redemption of the one-time login codes ("ACCESS CODE"). Follow the instructions available below to obtain the unique passcodes.
Starting on Monday, May 13, at 12:00 CEST until Friday, May 17, at 17:00 CEST, each access code will allow the purchase of one and one only ticket.

After the deadline reported above, ANY purchase will be denied, even upon the production of a valid passcode.

Available for consultation on the UEFA ticket portal, Purchase Terms and Conditions must be read and accepted by any provisional buyer before finalising the purchase of tickets.

Upon the placement of the order, tickets will be delivered in digital mode only on the UEFA Mobile Tickets, after the email confirmation to be sent by UEFA, in the days prior to the game.

The Club shall inform that no hard copy or print@home version of the tickets will be issued.

To validate the ticket and to then gain access to the stadium, all successful applicants are requested to enter their personal details (Name, Surname, Date and Place of Birth, Citizenship, Contact number and Serial ID number) on the UEFA App.

Here is a summary of the steps to follow:
STEP 1: Book your access code on the Vivaticket website;
STEP 2: Purchase your entrance on the UEFA official ticket portal
STEP 3: Delivery of tickets on the UEFA Mobile Tickets APP.

With UEFA releasing and issuing tickets exclusively in the manners described below in the days prior to the game, all purchasers will be notified by UEFA at the outset of the delivery.

STEP 1: THE BOOKING OF ACCESS CODES ON THE VIVATICKET WEBSITE

To obtain the unique access code provided by UEFA, which is required to make a purchase on the UEFA ticket portal, it is mandatory to place a free reservation on the Vivaticket website at the following link: https://atalanta.vivaticket.it/en/event/prenotazione-codice-per-acquisto-finale-atalanta-bc-bayer-leverkusen/235631.

Once the procedure is complete, applicants will be provided with a digital proof with the access code and all the useful information to then complete the purchase on the UEFA portal.

Two different types of codes will be made available, each one giving the right to purchase their respective seating options on the UEFA portal. Namely:

1. CAT1, CAT2, and CAT3, which will enable all seating options available on the portal except CAT4;
2. CAT4 "FAN FIRST", which will be limited to the purchase of CAT 4 tickets only.

Three different booking phases have been made available: PHASE 1: to last from Monday, May 13 at noon until Tuesday, May 14 at 12:00 CEST, it will be reserved for all 2023/24 Uefa Europa League Group Stage or 2023/24 Serie A season ticket holders; PHASE 2: Reserved for all the owners of a valid DEA CARD that has been issued within Saturday, May 11 2024, it will last, pending availability, between Tuesday, May 14, at 15:00 CEST and Wednesday, May 15, at 15:00 CEST; PHASE 3: pending any residual availability, the general sale for all fans will last between Wednesday, May 15, at 16:00 CEST and Thursday, May 16, at 16:00 CEST.

PHASE 1: to last from Monday, May 13 at noon until Tuesday, May 14 at 12:00 CEST, it will be reserved for all 2023/24 Uefa Europa League Group Stage or 2023/24 Serie A season ticket holders

All 2023/24 Uefa Europa League Group Stage or 2023/24 Serie A season ticket holders will be granted to book up to SIX ACCESS CODES for each order upon entering the pre-emption codes on the Vivaticket website.

Here is the pre-emptive code according to:

• Season ticket holders in possession of a Dea Card: the code will match the Dea Card number. As a further condition limited exclusively to season ticket holders alone, expired DEA CARDS or cards nearing the expiration date will nonetheless be deemed valid. Henceforth the renewal of the Dea Card will not be a mandatory condition for all season ticket holders applying for a pre-emption code. NOTE: All season ticket holders bound to renew their Dea Card from May 10 onwards will still be required to enter the serial number of the old Dea Card as a mandatory condition to redeem their codes.

• Season ticket holders following the former subscription format (a.k.a. "ex voucher") to either the UEL Group Stage or the 2023/24 Serie A: the code will match the 7-digit subscription code printed on the back of the "voucher" without spaces and with 5 leading zeros.

• Season ticket holders following the former subscription format (a.k.a. "ex voucher") to both the UEL Group Stage and the 2023/24 Serie A: the code will match the 7-digit subscription code printed on the back of their Serie A "voucher" without spaces and with 5 leading zeros. To avoid the placement of multiple orders the UEL Group Stage voucher will not be accepted.

PHASE 2: Reserved for all the owners of a valid DEA CARD that has been issued within Saturday, May 11 2024; it will last, pending availability, between Tuesday, May 14, at 15:00 CEST and Wednesday, May 15, at 15:00 CEST

To open pending availability of residual access codes, which will match the capacity provided by UEFA for the game in question.

All owners of a valid DEA CARD will be given the chance to book up to six access codes for each order by entering as many Dea Card serial numbers in the system - thus matching each Dea Card's serial number to an individual access code. All Dea Cards that have been issued/renewed within Saturday, May 11 2024, will be deemed valid with the exception of expired Dea Cards.

PHASE 3: pending any residual availability, general entrance will be given to all fans to access the portal between Wednesday, May 15, at 15:00 CEST and Thursday, May 16, at 15:00 CEST.

To open pending any further availability of residual access codes, which will match the capacity provided by UEFA for the game in question.

All applicants will be given the chance to book up to two access codes for each order by entering the personal data required to successfully place the order.

Regardless of the phase, all successful applicants will be provided with digital proof with each and every single access code and all the useful information for its use.

STEP 2: PURCHASE OF TICKET(S) ON THE UEFA PORTAL

Upon the redemption of the access code(s) on the Vivaticket portal, all successful applicants will be given access to complete the purchase on the UEFA Sale Portal (https://europaleague-access.tickets.uefa.com/) from Monday May 13 at 12:00 CEST to Friday, May 17, at 17:00 CEST.

To ensure the fulfilment of their purchase all applicants will be required to create an account registered to a valid and active e-mail address and secured by a password. The use of private mail addresses over company ones is advised. All account holders must be of legal age. Upon logging into the account, applicants will be asked to enter the ACCESS CODE before selecting the Sector (Category) made available for purchase according to the category previously chosen on the VivaTicket platform. Seats will be allocated directly by UEFA once the allocation process for all available seats has been completed.

Applicants can add up to 6 tickets to their order by entering a different ACCESS CODE for each new entrance upon selecting the "ADD MORE TICKETS" option. Tickets placed within the same order will be located next to each other. While placing the order, applicants will be also given the chance to notify UEFA of their interest in booking tickets next to a friend who has already completed their purchase by entering the order ID upon selecting the "SEAT WITH" option.

Atalanta fans have been allocated tickets on the SOUTHERN SIDE of the Aviva Arena.

Available sectors: CAT 1: € 150 (Red Area) CAT 2: € 100 (Blue Area) CAT 3: € 65 (Green Area) CAT 4: € 40 option limited to all the applicants who have selected the dedicated access option (Yellow Area)

NOTE: For each category, there will also be a certain amount of "RESTRICTED VIEW" seats. With the UEFA portal preemptively labelling all tickets from each respective category as "RESTRICTED VIEW" at the moment of purchase, Atalanta decline any responsibility in case of purchase of tickets falling within the aforementioned category.

TICKETS RESERVED TO FANS WITH DISABILITIES

UEFA have also made available to Atalanta a fixed amount of access codes reserved for both wheelchair users and fans suffering from a full degree of invalidity that requires ongoing assistance and easy access.

Whoever is interested on the purchase of these tickets can submit their application to accrediti@atalanta.it with a copy of the ID documentation of both the disabled fan(s) and their associated personal assistant(s) and the disability card. All successful applicants will receive a confirmation mail with the access codes to complete their purchase on the UEFA portal. These specific passcodes will allow the purchase of tickets exclusively located within the sectors set up to accommodate wheelchair users and fans suffering from a full degree of invalidity that requires ongoing assistance and easy access.

Individual ticket fee: €40 with free access to all associated personal assistants.

Submission period: from Tuesday May 14 at 09:00 CEST to Thursday, May 16, at 18:00 CEST.

STEP 3: UEFA Mobile Tickets APP, the link of which will be forwarded to the email address provided when placing the order, where the match tickets will then be uploaded.

To be issued in digital mode only, tickets will be uploaded and released on the UEFA Mobile Tickets App in the days prior to the game. Access to the match will be granted only upon the in-app activation of the ticket.

Once displayed on the APP, tickets must be completed by entering the user's details.
