Academy: outcomes of the weekend (3/11/2024)
How our Youth sides fared this weekend
The weekend opened up with the home 2-3 setback suffered by Atalanta Primavera at the hands of Genoa, with Bono and Camara on target for the Nerazzurri. Donning the black-and-blue shirt on Sunday, Bono also hit the mark in the U18s' home fixture against Inter but his goal didn't suffice as the hosts trailed 1-2 in the end. As for the other game played in Zingonia, the U15s imposed themselves 6-0 over Südtirol courtesy of braces fro, Percassi and Cappellato with single goals from Edomwnoyi and Pansera. While the U16s' game has been postponed to a later date, the U17s skipped a turn due to Damiano and Steffanoni being called up by Italy for the upcoming Euro Qualifiers.
As for our Female sides, while the W-U17s imposed themselves 10-0 over Trealbe in Zingonia (with hat-tricks by Saccomandi and Villa, Krafia's brace, and a goal each from Bazzoni and Pezzotta): the W-U15s ran out 4-0 winners on points from their Saturday outing v Aurora Seriate courtesy of Valecchi (hat-trick), Bonacina (brace), and single goals from Celaj, Basile, Vavassori, Fasoli and Zonca.
