Academy: outcomes of the weekend (14-15/10)

With the Primavera league on hold for the International break and with the U17s' match postponed, five Academy teams took it to the pitch this weekend.

The Centro Bortolotti in Zingonia hosted the Under 18s' home match against Inter, culminating in a  0-0 draw at the end of a much-leveled game, with Ragnoli Galli hitting the post in the closing minutes.

Moving on to the twin fixture against Sudtirol, likewise hosted in Zingonia, both the U16s and the U15s defeated their Tiroler peers: whereas the former came out on top with a 2-0 win courtesy of the brace scored by Atalanta's defender Isoa (pictured in the cover while celebrating his second goal), the latter registered a 4-2 win with single goals of Zanatta, who scored the opener, Amalfitano, Shala and with Sudtirol's own goal in between.

Moving on to our Female sides, while the U15s defeated Barianese 4-2 away on points this Saturday on the grounds of the 5 goals scored by the black-and-blue lasses (namely, Marano's brace and single goals by Villa, Fumagalli and Krafia), the U17s came out on top from the home clash played today in Zingonia against Cividatese clinching a 7-2 walkover (courtesy of Riffaldi, with a hat-trick, Maroni, with a brace, and single goals by Boldrini and Vitale).
