2026 FIFA World Cup: Kamaldeen is the last Atalanta player left to play in the Round of 16
Mario Pašalić's Croatia were knocked out by Portugal
The knockout stage of the 2026 FIFA World Cup continues, with teams competing for a place in the Round of 16 as the tournament enters its decisive phase.
The last Atalanta player still involved in the Round of 16 is Kamaldeen Sulemana with Ghana, set to face Colombia on Friday night in Kansas City (Saturday at 3:30 CEST).
Mario Pašalić's Croatia bowed out after suffering a 2-1 comeback defeat to Portugal.
So far, two Nerazzurri players have secured their place in the Round of 16: Charles De Ketelaere with Belgium and Éderson with Brazil.
