2026/27 Pre-season: preparations resume at Zingonia, open training session tomorrow
Nerazzurri back to work ahead of the first leg of the UECL play-offs
Following the Trofeo Bortolotti, the Nerazzurri got back to work at Zingonia in the late afternoon after a day off, beginning preparations for the first official fixture of the season: the first leg of the UEFA Conference League play-offs.
The training session included a general warm-up and aerobic work for those who played against Athletic Club on Friday, while the rest of the squad completed a mixed warm-up followed by a game against the U23s. A defensive tactical session was held at the end of the session. De Ketelaere and Ahanor will be assessed over the coming days, while Hien and Kamaldeen will continue with their rehabilitation programmes.
Tomorrow, Monday 17 August, the team will once again train in the afternoon at the Centro Bortolotti. The session will be open to the public, with access to the training ground available from 18:00 CEST, subject to venue capacity.
