MATCH REPORTS
DCPS championship 3rd tier
PAVIA 6-0 ATALANTA FOR SPECIAL
The final league match of the season for Atalanta For Special’s Third Level side ends in defeat against Pavia. A completely renewed team compared to last year, they were facing a more demanding category for the first time, with the main goal of gaining experience, growing, and testing themselves against a higher level of competition.
The match got off to a difficult start: just seconds after kickoff, an unfortunate slip by the goalkeeper allowed Pavia to take the lead. An episode that affected the team’s emotional balance, making it hard to regain composure and consistency, while the visitors gradually took control of the game and eventually secured a 6–0 win.
Beyond the result, the match still represents an important step in the team’s development. For a new side still in the making, every game is a learning opportunity: challenges help build responsibility, focus, and a strong team spirit.
DCPS championship 4th tier
INVINCIBILI 2-5 ATALANTA FOR SPECIAL
Atalanta's scorers: Lesmo Arrigoni, Asperti, Valota (2), Cremaschi
Final matchday of the season also for Atalanta For Special’s Fourth Level side, who cap off an excellent campaign with an impressive 5–2 victory over Invincibili.
The Nerazzurri start with great intensity and take the lead through Andrea Lesmo Arrigoni, who finishes off a brilliant solo run with an unstoppable strike. The opponents respond shortly after, equalising with a precise low diagonal shot just inside the post.
Atalanta For Special react immediately: Andrea Asperti restores the lead at the end of a well-worked team move, built with quick one-touch passing from the back. Late in the first half, Paolo Valota—just on as a substitute—makes it 3–1, putting the game firmly on track.
In the second half, the rotation of substitutions continues, a key element of the project. From a counterattack sparked by a save from the goalkeeper, Cremaschi makes it 4–1 with a precise low finish. Shortly after, Alessandro Campi wins the ball in midfield and sets up Valota again, who scores his second to make it 5–1. Invincibili pull one back late on for 5–2, but the result is no longer in doubt.
What makes the victory even more meaningful is the fact that 18 Nerazzurri players took to the pitch—a number that perfectly reflects the spirit of the project, where sport, social inclusion, and personal growth matter just as much as the result. A brilliant season, but above all a journey full of progress, enthusiasm, and team spirit—the true success of this group.
