Victories on debut for U16s and U15s
Coach Gianpaolo Bellini's Under-17 team drew 1-1 against Milan at the Centro Bortolotti in Zingonia. It was a very intense match, in which the deadlock was broken by captain Bonanomi (in the cover photo) at the beginning of the second half and the equaliser was scored with ten minutes to go. The Under 16 and Under 15 teams got off to a good start in their league openers away to Brescia: Giovanni Bosi's U16 team won 2-0 with goals from Castiello and Inacio, while the U15 team coached by coach Alessio Gambirasio won 4-0 with two goals from Michieletto and goals from Nicoli and Damiano. Stefano Lorenzi's Under-18 team's match against Spal was postponed due to the international break.
The Primavera championship is on a break, coach Fioretto's side faced Cremonese in a joint training session at the Centro Bortolotti in Zingonia, which ended 4-3 for the visitors with Chiwisa, Bevilacqua and Ramaj on the scoresheet for Atalanta.
As for the Women's teams, in the Pre-Season Tournament organised by the FIGC Youth and Scholastic Sector, coach Michele Frigerio's Under 17 team were defeated 3-1 away by Juventus (goal by Sara Testa), while coach Gennaro De Maria's Under 15 team (pictured above) were beaten 3-0 by Inter in Zingonia.
