Youth Academy Roundup (25/10/2026)

The Atalanta Academy weekend got underway on Friday with the Primavera playing out a 2-2 draw against Lazio at the Centro Bortolotti in Zingonia, with Ciapini on target alongside an own goal.

Sunday brought a 3-1 away victory for the U18s against Monza, courtesy of a brace from Edomwnoyi and a goal from captain Gerri. The double-header away to Padova, meanwhile, produced mixed fortunes. The U16s suffered a narrow 4-3 defeat in a thrilling encounter, with Fradegrada, Morandin and Carone all on the scoresheet, while the U15s secured a 2-1 win thanks to goals from Taouizi and Iurascu. The U17s had the weekend off.

Turning to the girls' Academy, both sides, currently competing in the boys' provincial U14 championship during this opening stage of the season, recorded emphatic 6-0 victories. The U17s (pictured in the cover photo celebrating a goal in today's match) ran out convincing winners away to Aurora Seriate, with Frattini, Boncioli, Roveda, Centonze, Muttoni and Borghetti all finding the net. The U15s enjoyed an equally commanding win against Rivoltana in Brembate, with Raineri bagging a hat-trick, Traini adding a brace and Bonetti also getting on the scoresheet.
