Mission accomplished for the Under-16s, who booked their place in the quarter-finals by repeating their first-leg success against Lazio at the Centro Bortolotti: a brace from Torrente (pictured celebrating his opener) and a late goal from Casali sealed a 3–1 win, which, combined with last Wednesday’s 4-0, sent coach Tribuzio’s side through to the next round. The Under-17s’ run, meanwhile, came to an end in the first round of the play-offs, as they were beaten 2-0 by Lazio at Zingonia. There was also a setback for the Primavera, who lost 2-1 to Fiorentina (Baldo on target). The Under-18s will be in action on Monday away to Cagliari (11:00 CEST kick-off), while the Under-15s’ Round of 16 first leg away to Fiorentina has been rescheduled for Wednesday, May 6 (kick-off at 13:00 CEST).

As for the women’s sides, in the Interregional Phase the Under-15s were beaten 2-0 away to Milan on Saturday.
