U17s: first friendly against Grimsby Town Under-18s

Atalanta Under-17 disputed their first friendly of the preseason, with Gianpaolo Bellini’s lads taking on Grimsby Town Under-18s. The English side clinched a narrow win thanks to the goal scored in the opening minutes. The match turned out to be a good break-in test, also on the grounds of the intensity and competitiveness shown by both teams, against an averagely more competition-ready opponent.

Before seeing the training camp in Serina out on Saturday the 12th of August, the U17s will hit the pitch, once again in Serina, on Friday the 11th of August at 16:00 CEST for the friendly against FC Lausanne-sport U17s.
