Atalanta's 2025/26 official schedule
The Nerazzurri will compete in Serie A, UCL and Coppa Italia
The 2025/26 season kicked off on July 1st, and Atalanta will be among the key contenders in three major competitions: Serie A, the UEFA Champions League, and the Coppa Italia, listed here in strict order of debut for the Nerazzurri.
Let’s start with the league campaign, whose fixture list was drawn up by Lega Serie A in early June: Atalanta's opener will be against Pisa at home, and they'll end the season away in Florence.
In the meantime, dates and kick-off times for the first three matchdays have been confirmed:

*In the event of Atalanta’s UCL opener being scheduled for Tuesday, September 16, the league match against Lecce would be brought forward to Saturday, September 13, with kick-off at 15:00 CEST.
Now let's move on to the UEFA Champions League, Europe's elite club competition, in which the Nerazzurri are set to participate for the fifth time in seven seasons.
The UCL will follow the format introduced last season: 36 teams and 8 matches to be played during the League Phase. The League Phase draw, scheduled for Thursday, August 28, will determine Atalanta’s opponents and confirm the dates and kick-off times for all European fixtures.

In recent weeks, Lega Serie A also confirmed the 2025/26 Coppa Italia bracket. Atalanta will enter the tournament as a seeded team and will make their debut in the Round of 16, to be played at the Bergamo stadium. Their opponent will be determined after the earlier rounds, scheduled between August and September, featuring Padova, Vicenza, Genoa, Empoli, and Reggiana.
There are two possible dates for the Round of 16 fixture: Atalanta could take the field either on Wednesday, December 3 or Wednesday, December 17.
