There's a new mid in town: Welcome to Atalanta U23s, Sergej Levak!
The Croatian born in 2006 joins the club as a free agent
Atalanta BC announce the permanent signing of footballer Sergej Levak.
Born on May 3 2006 in Osijek, Croatia, Sergej is a 195 cm-tall midfielder who took his first steps in the Academy of his hometown club, NK Osijek. In January 2023, he joined Roma U17s on loan, playing a key role in their successful run to the national title. His performance earned him a permanent transfer to the capital club in the summer, joining the Under-18s before moving to the Under-20s. He made 35 appearances for the Under-20s last season, scoring 7 goals and providing 4 assists, with the Giallorossi Primavera finishing that campaign in first place, but eventually losing to Inter's Under-20s in the Scudetto final.
He also represented Croatia at Youth level, earning 19 caps and scoring 3 goals across the U17s, U18s and U19s national sides.
The Club extends the warmest of welcomes to Sergej, wishing him nothing but personal and collective success in Nerazzurri colours.
