The Zingonia report: October 20

Today was a recovery and individual training day for the Nerazzurri at the Centro Bortolotti. Scalvini, Kessie, Raspadori and Kossounou underwent treatment, while Hien, Sulemana and Pompei worked both in the gym and on the pitch.

Medical tests carried out on Sead Kolašinac revealed a low-grade strain of the rectus femoris muscle in his left thigh. The player has already begun his rehabilitation programme and his condition will be reassessed in the coming days.

Tomorrow, Wednesday 21 October, the team will train at 10:45 CEST at the Centro Bortolotti in Zingonia. The session will be held behind closed doors, with the first 15 minutes open to the media. The Nerazzurri will then travel to Amsterdam in the afternoon, ahead of Thursday's match against Ajax on Matchday 2 of the 2026/27 UEFA Conference League league phase.
