Primavera, Nerazzurri fall to Roma in Alzano

The Nerazzurri suffered a home setback as Roma ran out 1-3 winners in the 2024-2025 Primavera 1 “Trofeo Giacinto Facchetti” MD11.

Off to an offensive start, the Nerazzurri threatened on 5 minutes through Riccio, who couldn't find the winning header on captain Ghezzi's cross from the right flank. Roma took the lead in the 25th minute: after gathering a through pass, Graziani skipped past the keeper to break the deadlock. The hosts doubled 9 minutes later with Misitano, who found the winning final touch on the rebound.

While Graziani increased Roma's lead in the opening of the second half, the Nerazzurri pulled one back with Martinelli, who cut down the gap with his point-blank finish. Also worth noting, Pardel's save in the closing minutes. With the scoresheet remaining unbudged until the final whistle, the visitors imposed themselves in Alzano.
