Spoils were shared in Verona as the 2024-2025 Primavera 1 “Trofeo Giacinto Facchetti” MD9 between Hellas and Atalanta culminates in a a draw: by claiming another point, coach Bosi's Nerazzurri have now climbed up to 11 points in the league standings.

Off to a strong start, the Nerazzurri took a very early lead, namely 30 seconds after kick-off, through Steffanoni who found the winning touch on a rebound to emerge victorious from a scruffle into the box. 1 minute in and Atalanta 1-0. The hosts levelled the game 6 minutes later through Pavanati, who put the game back on an equal footing by converting Agbofino's assist in the heart of the box. Despite both teams racking up chances, Verona managed to turn the game around first on 38 minutes, when Agbofino capitalized on Vermesan's brush to edge past Pardel. Not backing down, Atalanta put the game back in contention shortly after: namely, it was Tavanti who levelled the field in the 42nd with a headed attempt. With no extra time conceded, the first half ended on a 2-2 stalemate.
The secnd half resumed on a leveled playing field with neither team holding back both offensively and defensively: despite the plenty of chances created by both sides, the scoresheet wouldn't budge from the initial 2-2 standstill, with the Aldo Olivieri game eventually culminating in a tie after five minutes of extra time.
