Primavera, Como 2-1 Atalanta

Olijars' stoppage-time goal is not enough to spark a comeback as Atalanta are beaten 2-1 by Como in Matchday 9 of the 2026/27 Primavera 1 “Trofeo Giacinto Facchetti”. The hosts score once in each half to secure all three points at the Centro Sportivo Comunale Angelo Volontè in Rovello Porro.

The Nerazzurri are dealt an early blow as Fustini heads Como in front from a set-piece after just six minutes. There are few clear-cut chances in the first half, with Damioli called into action to save Ruiz de Valdivia's free-kick midway through the half, while Albini also threatens at the other end.

Atalanta look to step up the pressure after the break, but it is Como who double their lead on 66 minutes through Albini's well-taken turn and finish. The introduction of Bono, returning from injury, brings added attacking impetus, and the Nerazzurri come close to pulling one back on 78 minutes. Damioli denies the No. 10's effort, before Olijars is unable to convert the rebound. The Latvian striker does find the net in the 93rd minute, scoring his first goal for the Primavera with a downward header from a corner, but there is not enough time for Atalanta to complete the comeback.
