Primavera: Atalanta 2-1 Lecce
The Nerazzurri climb to 36 points in the standings
It was back to back wins for Atalanta's Primavera side, as the Nerazzurri overcame Lecce 2-1 at the Centro Bortolotti in Zingonia on matchday 30 of the 2024/25 Primavera "Trofeo Giacinto Facchetti", following their away win at Genoa. The success takes Bosi's boys to 36 points in the standings.
After the first chance of the game, when Baldo shot straight at the Lecce goalkeeper from the edge of the box, the Nerazzurri went ahead on 18 minutes through an own goal by Gorter, who failed to clear in his own area and turned the ball into his own net. As Bosi's men continued to attack, Atalanta doubled their lead in the 24th minute through Tavanti, who finished off Idele's cross from the right. However, the visitors got back into the game on 40 minutes through Delle Monache.
The second half was a much more even affair, with the Nerazzurri looking to extend their lead through substitutes Fiogbe and Lonardo, and the visitors looking for an equaliser, which they couldn't find. With neither side creating any real chances, Bosi's side ran out 2-1 winners at the Centro Bortolotti.
