Tavanti on target for the Nerazzurri
Matchday 26 of the 2024-2025 Primavera 1 "Trofeo Giacinto Facchetti" saw the visitors come from behind to win at the death.
The first half was an open and balanced affair, with both sides creating chances but failing to convert them. The Nerazzurri came close to breaking the deadlock through Simonetto, who raced down the left before seeing his shot deflected for a corner, and Fiogbe, who shot wide from a good position, while the visitors threatened in the opening minutes through Rubino and Harder.
After Pardel made several saves in the opening minutes of the first half, Tavanti gave the Nerazzurri the lead on 57 minutes with a header from Mencaraglia's corner. However, Bertolini equalised for the visitors on 70 minutes and Tarantino completed the comeback with a long-range strike at the death.
