President Percassi visiting the Giovanni XXIII's paediatric wards
Another step in the Club's sodalice with Amici della Pediatria
A morning rich in emotions, sharing, joy and a hint of awe: in summation, such was Atalanta President Antonio Percassi's visit to the paediatric wards of the Papa Giovanni XXIII hospital of Bergamo.
Before setting the walkabout into motion, President Percassi convened with Francesco Locati, Director General of the ASST Giovanni XXIII hospital.

The hospitalized children reciprocated President Percassi with three special gifts, namely three handmade cups representing the pillars (friendship, fondness and nurturance) that bond Atalanta to the patients of the paediatric ward and, by extension, strengthen the already existing synergy with the Associazione Amici della Pediatria ETS ODV charity.
After receiving the three tokens, bound to be fondly cherished together with the UEFA Europa League trophy, President Percassi proceeded with his visit bringing black-and-blue gifts to all the boys and girls.
As stated in the opening, the visit brought about a morning of emotions, sharing, joy and a hint of awe... A dutiful thank goes to all those who donate their spare time to aid those who are in need and those who suffer! MUCH OBLIGED
