President Antonio Percassi special guest at the 2025/26 “La Scuola allo Stadio” Round 2
With over 230 pupils storming the stands at the New Balance Arena
The 2nd meeting of 'La Scuola allo Stadio' 2025/26 was held on the morning of Thursday 9 October: the New Balance Arena indeed opened its gates to this important initiative dear to the Club and which is reserved for boys and girls from primary and secondary schools.
In addition to providing an exclusive walkabout of Atalanta's 'home', the "La Scuola allo Stadio" project, currently in its 23rd edition, is a socio-educational project that allows the attending students to delve into key topics such as good practices, healthy lifestyles, prevention against bullying and cyber-bullying, environmental sustainability education...
During the guided stadium tour, a group of young students had the unexpected pleasure of meeting President Antonio Percassi, who took time to chat with them, pose for photos, and sign autographs.
To close the event, two Italian middle-distance runners, Lorenza De Noni and Melania Rebuli, joined the stage. Together with their coach, Massimo Furcas, they engaged with the students and answered their questions.
Over 230 pupils from schools across the Bergamo area took part in the second event of this 23rd edition: “San Giuseppe” in Alzano Lombardo, “Ponte San Pietro” (Locate and Villaggio Santa Maria campuses), “Diaz” in Bergamo, “IBC School” in Almenno San Bartolomeo, “Sant’Angela” in Fiorano al Serio, and “Sant’Anna” in Albino.
On the morning of Thursday, October 9th, the New Balance Arena opened its gates for the second event of the season of “La Scuola allo Stadio.” A special guest was President Antonio Percassi. At the end of the tour, there were also speeches by Lorenza De Noni and Melania Rebuli, two world-class middle-distance runners.
