A homebody spring bloom for Atalanta
With March firmly in the rearview mirror, the Nerazzurri will officially dive head-first into the "first leg" of this season's homestretch: with the Gewiss Stadium setting the scenery to three out of the four fixtures in store this month, April will see Atalanta squarely don the "home attire".
And so, the Bergamo one-two begins! Without missing a beat Gasperini's men whost two back-to-back vertigo clashes against Lazio and Bologna: while the April break-in will see the Nerazzurri "spring" into action as the Biancocelesti drop by in Bergamo on April 6 at 18:00 CEST, the match-up with Bologna will call for a "high noon" at the Gewiss Stadium. The table has been set for April 13 at 12:30 CEST: the Sunday lunch match against the Felsineans is served!
After this back-to-back home streak, it will be time to "knock on the Devil's door", completing the trio of high-stakes Sunday in the cards this month with a trip to San Siro to face Milan: stop-over at the Meazza for the Easter Big Match on April 20. For the 20:45 CEST kick-off at the "La Scala del Calcio", formal attire is required.
With the end-all-be-all outing out of the way, Atalanta will return to the Gewiss Stadium for the "final act" of April, hosting Lecce over the weekend of April 25-28 (dates and kick-off times still to be confirmed).
