Nerazzurro feeling at the "Festival dello sport" in Trento!
Luca Percassi and Gasperini among the main protagonists of the 7th edition
This year's run of the "Festival dello Sport" in Trento will feature an unmistakable Nerazzurro feeling. Tomorrow, Friday October 11, Atalanta will step up the stage of the Teatro Sociale in Trento and hog the spotlight with two of their most outstanding spokespersons in the second day of the festival devised to celebrate sports and their protagonists through a hand-in-glove approach that favours closer contacts and proficuous exchanges via public workshops, masterclasses, think tanks and talks held in squares and theatres to foster new ideas and constructive dialogues on topical subjects and sporting stories worth telling.
Holding the floor first, Atalanta CEO Luca Percassi will take part in the 14:30 CEST round-table discussion named “Gli Stati Generali del Calcio Italiano” (The States General of Italian Football). Directed by journalist Pierluigi Pardo and exploring the themes of self-governance, sustainability, revenue streams and costs, Media rights, Stadia development, Youth Systems, government aids, the forum will by the graced by the presence of countless industry experts as CEO and Lega Serie A Vice-President Luca Percassi,will be also joined by the likes of: Torino FC and RCS Mediagroup President Urbano Cairo, AC Milan President Paolo Scaroni,SS Lazio President Claudio Lotito, Bologna FC CEO Claudio Fenucci, Como 1907 Managing Director Mirwan Suwarso, and Inter FC President Giuseppe Marotta, who will attend the event remotely.
The second Atalanta protagonists to take it to the stage of Trento's "Teatro Sociale" will be none other than coach Gian Piero Gasperini: "kicking-off" at 20:00 CEST, the one-to-one with the black-and-blue trainer will see Gasperini tell about the steps of his career on the sidelines, with a special focus on his extensive and cheerful tenure at Atalanta as he has now entered his 9th consecutive season in Bergamo. A sodalice which brought the Club to lift the UEFA Europa League Cup to the Dublin sky on May 22.
