Marten de Roon celebrates his birthday today!

Born on the 29th of March in 1991 in Zwijndrecht, the Oranje midfielder blows 34 candles on his cake today. After a first stint at Atalanta back in the 2015-2016 season, he made a second homecoming in the summer of 2017. Since then, he has become a driving force in helping the Club reach new heights, playing a pivotal role in Atalanta's latest historic achievements.

Moreover, with 387 appearances under his belt for the Nerazzurri across all competitions, topped off by 21 goals and 27 assists, he's etched his name on the Club's record sheets as the second most-capped player in Atalanta's history.
